Our Concierge desk at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort will be ready to assist you on your arrival. They will help with your luggage or store it for you. On the day of your departure, please dial extension 5 and they will collect your luggage from your room at your convenience.

Check-out time is 12pm. If you require a later check-out time from the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort, please advise Reception before 11am on the day of your departure. Guests staying in Executive Rooms and Suites enjoy private check-out at the Executive Lounge.
Late check-out
If you require a later check-out time, please advise Reception before 11am on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge will apply.
Express check-out
To take advantage of our Express check-out facility, simply leave your credit card details at Reception when you check in. Your account will be posted under your door on the last night of your stay.
