The Hilton Spa is a full service spa, salon and fitness centre. For a nominal fee, guests can use the fitness centre including 12 cardiovascular machines, Cybex circuit and free weights. The Hilton Spa features over 30 fitness classes each week in Yoga, Tai Chi, Step, and low impact areobics. The separate men's and women's changing rooms include steam, sauna and whirlpool spa. The Hilton Spa features a 25-metre heated pool and outdoor whirlpool spa. The Spa has three floodlit tennis courts with viewing areas and a sand volleyball court. (Court reservations are required.)
