Dos Locos, where multi-coloured lights enhance the festive atmosphere and award-winning margaritas, Mexican and Latin American specialities are served. Latino recipes feature Roasted Roulade of stuffed Chicken Breast and Mango Glazed Pork Tenderloin stuffed with Chorizo, chillies and cheese. Seafood favourites include Corn Crusted Salmon and Paella Latino. The patio offers a spectacular view of the Catalina Mountains and has become a favourite spot to enjoy the house speciality – Prickly Pear Margarita. Food service until 11pm, then bar service available to 1:00am.
