This restaurant features a mix of regional specialities and traditional dishes in an informal and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast includes the "All American Breakfast" plus "Huevos Rancheros", a warm tortilla topped with two eggs accompanied by refried beans, chorizo, monterey jack cheese, green onions and enchilada sauce. For lunch, our Chef mixes traditional southwestern ingredients including sweet Indian fry bread, and lean buffalo with our favourite salads and sandwiches.
