Check-in time is 4pm. The Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa operates a streamlined and efficient check-in process to enable you to get to your room quickly on arrival.
Luggage facilities
Our Concierge Desk at the Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa will be ready to assist you on your arrival. They will help with your luggage or store it for you. We are also happy to store golf clubs, skis and bikes.

Hotel Environmental Policies
The Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa respects the environment. We have our own Environmental Mission Statement and Policy, recycling bins in all rooms, energy efficient lighting, a hybrid shuttle service and we use biodegradable products when possible.

Checking-out
Check-out time is 11pm. If you require a later check-out time from the Hilton Whistler Hotel and Spa, please advise Reception on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Express check-out
To take advantage of our Express check-out facility, simply leave your credit card details at Reception when you check in. An invoice will be posted under your door with instructions on the last night of your stay.
Security
The Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa puts the safety of guests first. Cameras and security personnel monitor the interior and exterior of the site. All guest rooms are equipped with electronic locks, smoke detectors and automatic door closers.
